Thanks for your interest in our home visit service!
We currently offer this service to customers within a 100km radius of Gosford NSW.
How does it work?
We charge a call out fee, that may then be deducted off your purchase price, depending on the value of the rug you select. Please see the individual products below for further information, or contact us should you have any questions prior to booking - or if you would like to check which area you fall under.
What happens once I book a home visit?
Once we receive your home visit fee payment we will be in touch to confirm a date and time. If you have a preferred date and time please include an order note when checking out.
We will then discuss which rugs and sizes you are interested in, so that we can ensure we have the correct stock with us when we visit. Please review our current stock to check the rug(s) you are interested in are still available (we only ever have one of each rug, so once a rug sells out it will not be restocked!).
What to expect on the day?
We will bring the rugs you have chosen to preview into your home so that you can view them in place. This is a great way to ensure they match your current decor and that the size works in your space! We allocate up to an hour for each visit, so you have plenty of time to make your decision.
