Refund policy

We understand buying a vintage rug is an investment - and possibly a little scary online! We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase with any questions you might have.

We have a strict no return policy for discounted and sale items.

If you would like to return a full priced item you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date and ship the return within 5 days of the original delivery date.

A full refund less the original postage cost will be processed only if the item is returned undamaged and in original condition. If you would like an estimate on the postage cost prior to purchasing, please contact us.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a trackable method as we can not guarantee receipt of the return item otherwise.

Once the return has been received and approved a refund will be processed and the customer will be notified.
